We are so excited to serve you! Upon arriving, you can park along the gravel driveway and enter the 3 Sisters Midwifery Birth Center using the front door.

When you enter the house please silence your phones, remove any smart devices, and leave your shoes on the mat by the door.

Feel free to sit and relax in the living room to the left of the house while you wait for your appointment time. We have plenty of toys and books to keep your little ones occupied! Dr. Denise will greet you and walk you back into the WellHaus space when it is time for your appointment.

Credit/debit cards, FSA/HSA, cash or checks accepted for forms of payment, which is due at the time of services being rendered. WellHaus is a private pay practice and does not accept insurance, provide diagnostic codes, or supply superbills for the purpose of insurance reimbursement. However, we are happy to provide an itemized receipt for your records.

As a reminder: cancellations and rescheduling are required to be arranged within 24 hours of your appointment to avoid being charged a late fee. Thank you for your understanding.
